Services

Top Line Dumpsters LLC provides roll off and front load dumpster rental services for residential, commercial, and construction projects. Services are available throughout the Northshore and surrounding areas in Louisiana. Dumpster sizes, rental terms, delivery locations, and pickup schedules are agreed upon at the time of booking.

Rental Terms and Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring dumpsters are used only for approved materials and are not overloaded. Dumpsters must remain accessible for scheduled pickup. Relocation of dumpsters by anyone other than Top Line Dumpsters LLC is not permitted without approval.

Prohibited Materials

Hazardous or restricted materials are not allowed in our dumpsters. This includes chemicals, fuels, batteries, tires, paint, asbestos, medical waste, pressurized containers, and any materials prohibited by local or state regulations. Additional fees or refusal of service may apply if prohibited items are discovered.

Pricing and Payments

Pricing is based on dumpster size, rental duration, material type, and disposal requirements. Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, extended rental periods, or prohibited materials. Payment terms are provided during booking and payment is required as agreed.

Cancellations and Scheduling

Customers should notify us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule a delivery or pickup. Fees may apply if a truck has already been dispatched or if same day cancellation occurs.

Liability

Top Line Dumpsters LLC is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, or surfaces unless caused by gross negligence. Liability for any claim related to service is limited to the amount paid for the specific rental.
